Following changes to Part L of Building Regulations, which took effect from 1st April 2002, all new windows and doors must now conform to new regulations to reduce energy loss and improve performance.

As a FENSA Registered Installer we are able to self certify work that complies with the new regulations. Once our work is complete we inform FENSA who in turn issue your Official Certificate stating the work carried out meets the new regulations. This certificate will be beneficial to you when selling your property.
